- Use the documents and guidance we provide responsibly and honestly

4. No Guarantees of Employment
- We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, promotions, or specific outcomes
- Hiring decisions are made by employers and are outside of our control
5. Payments and Billing
- Payment is typically due at the time of booking or before work begins
- Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers (such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal)
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise
6. Turnaround Times
- The complexity of your background and documents
- The volume of edits or revisions requested
- Delays in receiving information or approvals from you
7. Revisions
- Revisions are limited to the scope and number described in your package
- Revisions must be requested within the timeframe stated in your service description

- You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our materials as your own service
