If you have questions about which service is right for you (audit, resume transformation, or a broader career package), please contact us before you complete your payment so we can help you choose the best fit.
3. Rescheduling and Delays
If you need to delay or reschedule a call or delivery:
- We will make reasonable efforts to adjust timelines with you.
- This does not change the non‑refundable nature of the service.
4. Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about the quality or clarity of the work delivered:
- Please contact us within a reasonable time frame after delivery.
- We may, at our discretion, offer clarifications or minor adjustments consistent with the scope of the service you purchased.
- This does not include full rewrites for new roles, industries, or directions outside the original agreed scope.

By purchasing a service, you agree to contact us first to try to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
